International Departures/Arrivals
Please take your seats. Make sure your luggage is securely stowed under your seat or in the luggage compartment. The captain is getting ready for take-off.
Just as it is a good idea to listen to the instructions of the flight attendant, so too is the importance of good preparation for international travel. Here are a few things you may want to consider before international travel.
Learn as much about the country and culture as possible.
Make sure you are vaccinated.
Respect local culture and customs.
Always ask permission before photographing people.
Don’t drink the water unless you know it is safe.
Have travel insurance which includes medical evacuation.
Don’t forget your passport.
Buy locally whenever possible.
Try to maximize your time with the local people.
