Ballerina Classes for ages 3-5 years old - Fridays from 4:30pm - 5:15pm
Jazz Classes for ages 6-10 years old - Fridays from 5:20pm - 6:05pm
Classes run at 4 weeks per session.
COST: $7 per class or $28 per 4 Week Session
Pay $7 each night of class or pay $28 for a 4 week session.

Interval Training // Boot Camp
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 6:00AM – 7:00AM // 6 wks
Come start your morning off right! Learn to push yourself and gain confidence and strength! Class format changes to keep you from getting bored but will always consist of high intensity interval training. We would love to wake up with you! The cost is $40 per session.
First session in 2017 January 9 – February 17 (6 weeks)

What to wearA good aerobic shoe that provides support, especially under the ball of your foot. Running shoes are not recommended, as most of the cushion is in the heel and the soles of the shoes can catch an edge on the ribs of the aerobic step bench. Leotards, gym shorts, sweat suits, or any type of clothing that will allow you freedom of movement is recommended. Modest attire is requested.
Are you ready to exercise?If any of the following categories describes you, or if you have or could have any other health conditions not listed below, please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program. If your physician advises you that it is safe to join the class, please inform you instructor of your condition.
A Few conditions to remember before joining the class:
- A sedentary person over the age of 35
- Taking any medication which would contraindicate exercise
- Have a history of back pain or surgery. The routines and exercises are designed to protect and strengthen weak backs and abdominals, but your instructor will give your problem special suggestions.
Keys to enjoying and adhering to an exercise program:
- Understand what our exercise program can do for your well being.
- Set goals that can be measured. Keep a fitness log and check it every 16 weeks.
- Commit yourself to participating at least 3 times a week.
- Have a friend or workout partner attend with you.
