Do you like to be active?  So do we!  From yoga, interval training, cycling, team sports, step aerobics, triathlon training and even full contact martial arts, there is a group to get in shape with!  No matter your shape, you are welcome! Below are the wellness groups we offer:

Fitness Fun / Classes

Step Aerobics, ReFIT, Yoga, Pilates and Rev & Flow

Classes run August through June
Step Aerobics:
 Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays @ 9:15 a.m. & Thursdays @ 5:30 p.m.
Refit (family friendly cardio dance): Tuesdays @ 5:30 p.m.
Yoga: Wednesdays @ 10:15 a.m.
Pilates: Mondays @ 5:45 p.m.
Rev & Flow: Mondays @ 10:15 a.m.

Cost: $4.00 per class or Punch Card (12) for $42.00 ($3.50/class) or Unlimited Monthly: $36.00

Spring / Summer

Want to meet others in the church while playing some softball? Our team would love to have you join us and spend some time on the field during the spring/summer! We have a Men’s & Co-ed Team. Mountain Biking

Do you enjoy being outside, hanging out with others, and riding your mountain bike through trails? Whether you consider yourself a beginner or an advanced rider, join us!

Love to bike? So do we! Meet Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. in the gracespring parking lot for an awesome morning of cycling and fellowship. It’s a great way to get to know other cyclists while doing something you love! (FREE) (seasonal)

Outdoor Adventures

All Year Around

Do you love fresh air and exercise, fellowship and God’s creation? Join our Outdoor Adventures group! We meet every Sunday at 1:00 PM at a variety of locations. We hike, bike, snowshoe, cross country ski, and kayak. Our group is a high interest, low commitment group. If you join our group, you will receive an email midweek letting you know where we will meet and what our activity will be for the next Sunday. If you can join us, great! Spring through Summer

We have several teams that play in a “Pfizer & Friends” golf league right up the street at Eastern Hills on Tuesday afternoons. League play begins the end of April. It is a great time of fellowship and an opportunity to be “Salt and Light” in our community. Start times are usually 3:45 – 4:10 pm. If you are interested in joining us either as a “sub only”, playing once or twice a month, or playing every week, please contact Kevin Kinard at 269.501.7259 for more information.
