Do you like to be active?  So do we!  Fitness Classes (yoga, step aerobics, pilates, refit rev-n-flow) or Outdoor Adventures (hiking, biking, and cross-country skying) there is a group to get in shape with!  No matter your shape, you are welcome! Below are the wellness groups we offer:

Fitness Fun / Classes

Step Aerobics, ReFIT, Yoga, Pilates and Rev & Flow

Classes run August through June
Step Aerobics:
 Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays @ 9:15 a.m. & Thursdays @ 5:30 p.m.
Refit (family friendly cardio dance): Tuesdays @ 5:30 p.m.
Yoga: Wednesdays @ 10:15 a.m.
Pilates: Mondays @ 5:45 p.m.
Rev & Flow: Mondays @ 10:15 a.m.

Cost: $4.00 per class or Punch Card (12) for $42.00 ($3.50/class) or Unlimited Monthly: $36.00

Outdoor Adventures

All Year Around

Do you love fresh air and exercise, fellowship and God’s creation? Join our Outdoor Adventures group! We meet every Sunday at 1:00 PM at a variety of locations. We hike, bike, snowshoe, cross country ski, and kayak. Our group is a high interest, low commitment group. If you join our group, you will receive an email midweek letting you know where we will meet and what our activity will be for the next Sunday. If you can join us, great!
