Missions & Outreach

Kenneth Bolding once wrote, “No people, society, or organization can long exist without a compelling image of the better future that calls us forward into tomorrow.” Gracespring’s outreach and missions are all about our calling into the future. It’s our investment in all peoples’ eternal future!

Missionaries: This is the Family of God intentionally crossing cultural barriers to bring people from every nation to worship and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ.

Outreach Partners: These are ministries, programs, or non-profits outside gracespring facilities in our community and region that focus on helping the under-resourced and those in need.

SUMMER MISSION TRIPS 2019

DAYTON, OHIO | JULY 7 – 13, 2019

Middle & High School Students – Cost is $650
This year we are partnering with Leadertreks to head to Dayton, Ohio.  While in Dayton we will be running a VBS for refugee children as well as doing a work project for refugee families or Christ the King church. This trip will challenge, grow, and impact you like never before!  You are eligible for this trip if you are in Middle school or High school.

ASHLAND, MONTANA | JULY 27 – AUGUST 5

High School Students – Cost is $800
Join LeaderTreks on the edge of the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation as we come alongside local ministries in their effort to serve their community.  With the rugged landscape of the American west as your backdrop, you will have the opportunity to address real, physical needs of both the Native American and local ranching community.  Every effort your team makes to address these physical needs is a chance to impact spiritual needs and share the love of Christ.  Your team will also be able to jump into and facilitate unique relational ministry events through these local churches.

GERMANY | JULY 27 – AUGUST 3

GEM holds a conference every year for their missionaries to come together and be refreshed and encouraged.  While the parents are in session together, we have the opportunity to work with an organization that specializes in working with third-culture, or missionary kids.  Our times together are very much like youth group meetings or VBS events here in the states, but more tailored to kids who already have the Gospel truth.  We worship, we have a teaching time, we have small group breakout times.  Different years see different activities we do with the kids as well, anything from simple free-play to learning tasks that you need to be an adult like tying a tie or flipping pancakes.  Please pray for us as we travel to just outside of Frankfurt, Germany to work with these amazing families and kids!
