‍When adults go through transitions, it can be hard on their kids. While no parent wants their children to be affected by personal challenges, our kids are attuned to our stress. How can we help our kids stay calm, connected, and weather life’s storms?

Join us for a parent and child play therapy group called Families Connect as we learn to intentionally connect with our children and help them grow through challenging family situations. We will be doing play-filled activities together to build tools to stay calm, to build connection to family and others, and to deepen relationships.‍
