Have you ever felt like you wanted to serve and learn on a short term team which travels out of state or out of the country? Have you wished you knew about trips sooner?

You have the opportunity to hear about what trips are probable opportunities during 2025 by attending an informational meeting on January 6th. At that time you will hear about trip destinations and estimated dates for travel. You will learn about who needs to make up a team (it is not just the “Goers”), and about necessary attributes and giftings beyond the financial/time needs.

One of my favorite verses when I think about a posture for serving is the following: “When he [Jesus] saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.” Matthew 9:36 ESV

Compassion is an important value needed for participating, and we will dig into this concept during our time together as well.
